The waterfall plot ranks the 102 cancer cell lines from the Oncolines™ panel on relative sensitivity to dabrafenib in proliferation assays. Cell lines expressing mutant BRAF are indicated in red (all have the V600E mutation, except for BxPC-3); wild type cell lines are indicated in blue.
